BioAs both a composer and software developer, I am an avid do-it-yourselfer, author of several works for piano as well as open-source music applications including Fixations (solo piano), Bike Ride (solo piano with graphic), Rail Roa Di Ana (double piano trio); and Brick (audio processing), Belle, Bonne, Sage (notation), and Chorale Composer (music theory), and have presented my work at the International Computer Music Conference in 2009 and 2010. I received a B.M. in Composition from Bucknell University in 2007, and an M.M. in Composition and Theory from University of Illinois in 2009, where I am currently pursuing doctoral work. I have recently studied with Zack Browning, Mei-Fang Lin, Erik Lund, Heinrich Taube, and Scott A. Wyatt.
